Privacy Policy – Members

At Knole Park Squash Club we will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

What information do we collect about you?

When you join or visit our Squash Club we collect only the information required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations.

We may also collect further information through our Club or Bookings website which allows us to contact you regarding events and offers at the club.

As Officers of the Club we collect only the information required to fulfil the contractual relationship between you and the Club and we only share this data with internal and external data processors.

How the information about you will be used.

When you join as a member we may share your information with external and internal data processors (mycourts our Squash court booking system, SquareSpace our website administrators, Squash Levels and League Master our Internal Box and Team League system). Your personal data is controlled internally by the Club’s Data Administrators who adhere to these internal data protection policies and procedures.

We also share Member data with Knole Park Golf Club, who use their own IT support systems for Security of the Golf Club premises as well as for Squash Member access to Golf Club facilities. Details of these and the full Golf Club Privacy Policy can be found here:

Marketing

You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you by broadcast newsletter regarding our activities including events and competitions by way of post, telephone or email. We don’t share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way. If you have consented to this correspondence you can opt out at any time.

Individual’s Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information please email us on enquiries@knoleparksquash.com or write to the Squash Membership Secretary c/o Knole Park Golf Club, Seal Hollow Road, Sevenoaks TN15 0HJ at the club. This will be provided to you in a portable, machine readable commonly used format. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date and you may ask us to correct or erase information that you think is inaccurate. You can access your Squash contact data via your personal mycourts login and amend or hide from other members any contact data using the associated tick boxes at any time. At the time of collecting data you have the right to object to the Club holding certain information about you.
