Privacy Policy – Squash members

At Knole Park Golf Club we take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

What information do we collect about you?

When you join or visit our Golf Club we collect only the information required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations. We may also collect further information through our website which allows us to contact you regarding events and offers at the club.

As an employee we collect only the information required to fulfil the contractual relationship between you and the club and we only share this data with internal and external data processors.

How the information about you will be used.

When you join as a Squash member we may share your information with external and internal data processors (ClubMINDER our Membership Administration and Bar Card System, Squash Levels and League Master our Competitions systems, fastcourts our Squash court booking system, Web Creative and SquareSpace our website administrators, NBS our IT backup and support provider, and Win Tac our Clubhouse Access system). Your personal data is controlled internally by the club’s Data Administrators who adhere to the Golf Club’s internal data protection policies and procedures.

Marketing

You may have opted in for us to be able to correspond with you regarding our activities including events and competitions by way of post, telephone and email. We don’t share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way. If you have consented to this correspondence you can opt out at any time.

Individual’s Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information please email us on Secretary@knoleparkgolfclub.co.uk or write to the Secretary at the club.

This will be provided to you in a portable, machine readable commonly used format.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date and you may ask us to correct or erase information that you think is inaccurate. You can access your contact data via your personal login and amend or hide from other members any contact data using the associated tick boxes at any time. You do not need to contact the Office to do this and downstream systems will automatically be updated with changes you make.

At the time of collecting data you have the right to object to the club holding certain information about you.

The Club also operates a CCTV system that is recording 24 hours a day; data is stored for one month. These recordings are made in an effort to provide additional security for Members and Guests of the Club, but do not remove the responsibility for members and guests to ensure the safety of their personal possessions.

Card machines are in operation for the benefit of Members and Guests. When payment is made over the phone the Customer Copy of the slip is destroyed unless the Member or Guest specifically requests it is retained for their collection.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and will place any updates on our website. This privacy policy was last updated on 23rd April 2018.
